Vord types

In recent posts I have proposed a division of vords within a line - but vords in general - into several groups. Here is a schema of the system, somewhat refined:

We could justifiably divide it thus as well:

1.  Plain - no benches or gallows
2. Benches and/or gallows

 

The basis for these divisions is in the script itself. The foundation is the vertical decomposition of the text. See here. Vords are arranged by height (or we might say stature.)
